Heber City is the county seat of Wasatch County, a short drive from Park City over US-40, with the Jordanelle and Deer Valley's new East Village close by. It has grown fast, and a lot of that growth is new construction.

Buying in Heber
New construction is a big share of what's for sale. Ask who built the home, what warranty comes with it, and which parts of the build you can still inspect. A builder can spot the shortcuts that a finished drywall job hides.
Townhomes near the Jordanelle and Deer Valley's East Village draw both full-time residents and second-home buyers. Check the HOA rules on rentals before you buy if renting is part of your plan.
Selling in Heber
With so much new inventory, your home is competing against brand-new builds. Price against what has actually closed nearby in the last few months, and fix only what buyers will pay for.
